是的，參與PPP是必須客戶主動參與，也就是可以需要先遞交申請。交易官/交易平臺是不可以主動招攬生意的, 這一點是不同于其它生意，可以做廣告或招攬。
此外，客戶即使具備資金，也不一定能參與，客戶需要遞交完整的KYC后，經過盡職合規審查后，交易官才會發出邀請，並準備上盤的交易合同等一些列文件。
當然，客戶在收到這些文件后， 仔細審核，在一切沒有問題，在踏實滿意的情況下接受，如果不滿意，可以不接受。主動權在客戶手上。
（2）客户是否可以向不同的交易員/交易平台遞交申請，以便增加參與PPP的機會？
客戶需要明白，PPP的申請是不可以在同一個時間段重複遞交，如果盡職調查申請時，發現重複遞交，客戶將會被拒絕，失去參與PPP的機會。而且會給交易官，也包括客戶本身都會帶來聲譽，信用的損失。這個在行内稱爲“shoppers” ，是極不受歡迎的，客戶有了這個污點后，以後參與的機會都會受到很大的不良影像。爲了避免問題的發生，客戶需要發出終止信函到相關各方，終止前一個申請后， 才能進行另外有個申請。
