In December 14 morning Chairman Wang and his entourage, Mr. Guo of chief expert and Mr. Wang of deputy director of Engineer unit, inspected and sent cordial condolences to front line workers of Liberation dam reinforcement EPC project in Liao River Irrigation District.
Chairman Wang and his entourage first came to the construction site to understand the progress of the project. He fully affirmed construction of the cofferdam on schedule by the project team overcoming adverse impact of rain weather in the early stage,and satisfied with the communication work done since the project team entered the site. A symposium of management personnel was held subsequently, a clear work objectives and specific requirements for the next step of the project was put forward.
Firstly, the construction phase of the main project is imminent since the foundation pit has been basically cleaned. As time is of essence with heavy task ahead, all members of the project department should concentrate on organizing and planning the follow-up construction. Secondly, team building shall be integrated into the production process to facilitate the construction in light of majority of young employees in the team, so that their sense of belonging will be increased, the cohesion and execution of the team will be enhanced. Thirdly we must constantly focus on safety production work with alarm bells ringing, and strive to create a standard safe site. Fourthly, we must pay close attention to quality management with a sense of quality in mind, and make this project a quality representative of our company. Fifthly we must pay close attention to civilized construction management of the project site, and strive to create a civilized construction site for the national water construction project.
Deeply encouraged by the cordial care of Chairman Wang and his entourage, all the staff of the project management team expressed their willingness to work hard towards the set goals.
12月14日上午,公司董事长王元旦、首席专家郭洪有、工程部副部长王海鹏一行赴潦河灌区解放闸坝除险加固工程设计施工总承包工程视察指导工作,并对生产一线员工送来亲切慰问。
王元旦董事长一行首先来到施工现场实地了解工程进展情况,他对项目部在前期围堰施工中克服雨水天气的不利影响如期完成围堰施工给予了充分肯定,对项目部进场以来的对外沟通方面所做的工作表示满意。随后,召开项目部管理人员座谈会,会上,王元旦董事长就做好潦河灌区项目下一步工作提出明确的工作目标和具体要求:一是在当前己基本完成基坑清理施工的条件下,项目施工即将进入主体工程施工阶段,时间紧任务重,项目部全体成员要集中精力组织策划好后续施工。二是项目部青年员工占比大,要把团队建设融入到施工生产过程中,不断增加青年员工的归属感,提升团队的凝聚力和执行力,有效地促进项目工程建设。三是对安全生产工作要常抓不懈,警钟常鸣,力创安全生产标准化工地。四是要狠抓质量管理,树立精品意识,将该项目打造成为我公司具有代表性的优质工程。五是要狠抓项目现场安全文明施工管理,全力争创全国水利建设工程文明工地。
项目管理团队全体员工对王董事长一行的亲切关怀深受鼓舞,表示将全力以赴朝着既定的目标而努力。
