亚行发布《PPP监测（第二版）》
摘要：亚洲开发银行（ADB）发布《PPP监测（第二版）》，旨在帮助各国促进公私部门开展对话，为PPP发展提供有利环境。《PPP监测（第二版）》从监管框架、执行机构能力、PPP市场成熟度和金融设施等方面评估了亚行12个成员国的PPP环境状况，这些国家包括孟加拉、格鲁吉亚、印度、印度尼西亚、哈萨克斯坦、巴基斯坦、巴布亚新几内亚、中国、菲律宾、斯里兰卡、泰国和越南。This publication presents information on the status of the public–private partnership (PPP) environment in 12 ADB member countries.
The countries covered include Bangladesh, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, the People’s Republic of China, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Viet Nam. About 200 quantitative and qualitative indicators were assessed, divided into four main categories: Regulatory Framework, Institutional Capacity for Implementation, PPP Market Maturity, and Financial Facilities. The Public–Private Partnership Monitor aims to act as a policy tool to create a dialogue between the public and private sectors, and provide an enabling environment for PPPs.
